How in-store service works

Walk in during store hours, or call ahead and we'll let you know what to expect. No appointment needed.
2. In-store evaluation
We evaluate the device on site. Evaluation is free on visible issues; for no-power or unknown faults a diagnostic fee applies and is credited toward your service.
3. Upfront pricing
You get clear pricing before anything begins. No work is performed without your approval — ever.

Upfront pricing
All pricing is provided after an in-store evaluation and before any service begins. No hidden fees, no unexpected charges, and no service performed without your approval.
Warranty
Most services include a 1-year limited warranty covering workmanship and installed components. It does not cover accidental or liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the completed service.
Your data
We collect only what's needed to provide service. We don't sell your information. Please back up your device before any service, as some services carry a risk of data loss.
