How Our Mail-In Repair Works

1. Submit Your Repair Request Online
Fill out a simple, custom form on our website—just tell us whether it’s a phone, tablet, computer, or game system, describe the issue, and optionally upload attachments like photos or warranty documents.
2. Receive Shipping Instructions
Once submitted, you’ll get clear shipping instructions (and optionally a printable shipping label) so you can send your device safely to us.
3. We Triage & Diagnose
When we receive your device, our team prints an asset label, checks warranty coverage, performs a diagnosis, and prepares a repair quote.

4. Approve the Quote
We’ll send you the quote digitally. You simply review the repair estimate—approve it to move forward with the repair or reject it if you wish.
5. Repair & Invoice
After approval, we repair your device. Once done, you’ll receive an invoice with a convenient payment link.

6. We Ship It Back
We print your return shipping label (via ShipStation integration), package your device securely, and send it home to you — all trackable every step of the way.
