Getting started
Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours. You can also book online so we have your part ready and keep your wait short.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We're at 4726 Jonesboro Rd, Suite A, Forest Park, GA 30297 — easy to reach from Jonesboro, Riverdale, College Park and South Atlanta. Hours: Mon–Fri 11AM–6PM, Sat 12PM–4PM, closed Sunday.
Do students and teachers get a discount?
Yes — teachers and students save 15% with a valid school ID, in store.

What it costs & what's covered
Is the diagnostic free?
Diagnostics are free on visible issues — cracked screens, charge ports, batteries, cameras. Water-damage or no-power devices need a full teardown, so those are a $50 diagnostic that we credit toward your repair if you go ahead. You never pay just to find out.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — a 1-year warranty on manufacturer defects, well beyond the typical 30 days. It does not cover accidental damage.
How much is an iPhone screen repair?
iPhone screen replacement starts at $50; the exact price depends on your model. Call (404) 907-4234 for a quick quote.
Do you fix Samsung and other Android phones?
Yes — Samsung Galaxy screens start at $100, and we repair all major Android brands. Call us with your model for an exact price.
Can you replace my phone battery?
Yes — phone battery replacement starts at $50 and is usually done the same day, while you wait or shop.

What we fix
How fast are your repairs?
Most phone, tablet and game-system repairs are done the same day — often within an hour while you wait if we have your part in stock.
What devices do you repair?
Phones (iPhone & Android), tablets (iPad & Android), MacBooks, Windows laptops and desktops, and game systems — PS5, PS4, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
My PS5 turns on but there's no picture on the TV. Can you fix it?
Yes — that's almost always a damaged HDMI port. We replace it for $120 and test it before pickup. We also repair PS4 and Xbox HDMI ports.
Do you do board-level or micro-soldering repair?
Yes — it's one of our specialties. We do in-house component-level micro-soldering for no-power boards, liquid and corrosion damage, charging ICs, and data recovery from dead devices. If another shop told you your device is unfixable, bring it in — board-level repair is quote-based after a diagnosis. Call (404) 907-4234.
My computer has a virus. Can you help?
Yes — full virus and malware removal starts at $80, including protection setup, and we preserve your files whenever possible.
Can you recover photos or files from a broken phone or dead drive?
Often, yes. Bring it in for an evaluation and we'll tell you what's recoverable before any work begins.

Do you do laser engraving?
Yes — we offer custom laser engraving on metal business cards, laptops/MacBooks, and tablets. Bring your design or we'll help you build one. Call (404) 907-4234 for a quote.
Do you sell refurbished laptops or accessories?
Yes — we carry tested refurbished laptops and tablets, plus phone cases, screen protectors and chargers. Ask in store for current stock.
